NY Emmy Nominated - Trey Darlington Story
Telly Awards GOLD Winner 2024
"Trey Darlington Story" is part of a marketing campaign aimed to define the Park School of Buffalo, NY, in the community and showcase the use of a unique philosophy referred to as "learning by doing".
The goal was to connect with the audience through the lens of one student that embodies The Park School values. The audience includes parents and caretakers that are:
1. The transactional: "get my kid to college" 2. The anxious: "my kid is having anxiety in the traditional school" 3. The explorer: "help my kid find themself".
We pre-interviewed several students and faculty to understand the school culture deeper, and Trey Darlington stood out as a perfect representation of Park’s values, while "speaking" to the 3 types of parents through her journey.
The video has been shared on social media, on school private tours, and is currently displayed on Park's main page. It has been a very important tool in retaining and recruiting new students for the upper school (high school).
